Delete your account

You can delete your Hawalina account at any time, directly in the app. You do not need to contact us.

From inside the app

1. Open the Hawalina app and sign in.
2. Go to the “Me” tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and choose “Delete my account”.
4. Confirm the deletion.

What is deleted immediately

• Your phone number — replaced with an anonymous identifier that cannot be reversed.
• Your display name and the link between your account and sign-in.
• Your device notification tokens, so pushes stop.

What may remain

Reviews, comments and reels you posted may stay visible, but without your name and with no link back to you. We may also retain limited moderation records where legally required or to prevent abuse. To have specific content removed, contact support.

How long it takes

Deletion takes effect immediately on confirmation and cannot be undone.
